Long Preview for Cant Lose with Yoon Sang Hyun and Choi Ji Woo

Can’t Lose with Choi Ji Woo and Yoon Sang Hyun premieres today on MBC, and I’ve got the English-subbed long preview for folks curious about the drama (courtesy of Yoon Sang Hyun’s fan club folks as identified in the YT credits). I’m glad that the married couple at the core of this drama isn’t a long time married couple with a marriage nearly at death door. Rather, it’s a newlywed couple that perhaps got married too quickly without fully understanding each other’s limitations and faults. This gives me hope that the couple can potentially go through a messy divorce and maybe end up together at the end.

The law part of the drama doesn’t appear very realistic or substantive, but as long as it’s handled confidently and smoothly, ought to be a good back drop for the story to unfold. Good luck to Can’t Lose, which is premiering against two dramas that are both nearing or hitting 20% in nationwide ratings already. I think there are plenty of viewers to go around since, at the end of the day, everyone just wants a good story told well.

      • Technically since she failed to file the marriage certificate thing (and I think it has to be filed __ months after the marrirage) then no. They aren’t married. LOL

Wouldn’t it be crazy if Yoo Sang Hyun goes to court to try to prove they’re married… just so he can properly divorce Choi Ji Woo and get half of their assets or something? HAHA

  1. Can’t wait to watch this one 😀 Loved Choi Jiwoo in Winter Sonata and Air city. Yoon Sang Hyun was so entertaining as Oska in Secret Garden. Looking forward to see what they can bring to this drama!

  2. Thanks Ockoala, I love to watch this drama.
I wish I have extra/enough time towatch this drama in the airing period.

P.S!!! I am also waiting/looking forward to Jung So Min form Playful Kiss, her new drama this year 2011.
Does any body has any news yet!!!!!

Not that that applies to me, but all I can say is thank God for the Net. *g*

  4. Since I’m in Asia time zone, it’s time for sleeplessness… But, hey.. nonstop DL-ing of PTB and CL plus playing in your playground with other beautiful ladies is worth the price.. *read: black eye bag* 😀

Can’t wait “Can’t Lose”.. Hope it’ll give me a sense of falling in love (bickering, make up, bickering again, make up again and so on), just like LTM did in late Spring..

  5. After seeing the preview. This is looking more like another Japanese drama called, Sasaki Fusai no Jingi Naki Tatakai. Still looking forward to this version.

    • LOL i was about to write a comment similar to yours:D as soon as i checked the plot it reminded me Japanese drama that you mentioned:D Because even the character descriptions are similar:D

    • but it seems more promising than the Japanese version:D In the jp one she was not cleaning at all:D and the guy was the one doing the cleaning:D LOL trailer is good:D i think i might give it a try but PTB really made the expectations higher for a drama:D

  6. I really hope its not the same as the Jdrama version with Koyuki and Smap’s Inagaki.. those two were hilarious and love the drama but i’m curious as to how it goes down.. watching ep 1 already!

  7. Finally its airing … Love CJW and YSH.. I hope this drama can’t pull a high rating against Princess man and Protect the Boss..
