I’m still loving Office Girls, a drama that meets my expectation every week for an hour’s worth of chuckles and smiles. What’s not to love about that? Though I do worry that I’m inching closer and closer to shipping Alice and Roy as a RL couple and that would not be good because I’ll like be disappointed as usual. But they are so cute together, with the type of chemistry that isn’t electric insomuch as magnetic, like two poles being drama together whenever they are onscreen. Once Xing Ren meets with Zi Qi’s daddy President Qin then she’s close to discovering the truth, plus Kai Er’s machinations pushing everything forward will keep have the secret bubbling forth soon enough. While I want to drop kick Kai Er to Mars, I am having some fun thinking of new insults for her every week.

President Qin finds is startled to hear that Zi Qi is in love. He wants to meet privately with Xing Ren. Will this meeting be good or bad for Xing Ren? Kai Er sends an email asking to discuss work matters, creating an opportunity for her to meet privately with Zi Qi. Xing Ren diplomatically tells Zi Qi to head back to work to help out. What does Kai Er have up her sleeve?

Xing Ren is headed to New York with Yu Cheng Feng and Mina when Mama Shen suddenly collapses. What illness does Mama Shen have? The dream right in front of her is about to evaporate, so how can Xing Ren and Zi Qi emerge from this layered rainstorm.

Mama entrusts her Xing Ren to Mina and Yu Cheng Feng since this is Xing Ren’s first trip out of the country. Zi Qi arrives to find Mama Shen collapsed on the floor. He calls Xing Ren from the hospital telling her that Mama has fallen ill. Her abdomen shows signs of bleeding and water retention and she needs immediate surgery.

Zi Qi gets a promotion and his dad is pleased to hear that Zi Qi was proud to have received the President’s compliment. The VP of HR reveals that Zi Qi is dating Xing Ren in the planning department, and has become really considerate now that he’s in love. The President asks to meet with Xing Ren privately. Zi Qi finds out and is shocked, wondering why the President wants to see Xing Ren alone.
