Dark-haired Shi Woo Ups the Sizzle in Previews for Episode 9 of My Lovely Girl

L (or Kim Myung Soo) probably can look far and wide and not find a better drama and/or role to change his image of being a complete and utter suck as an actor. Now he can at least hold his head high for having enough onscreen charisma to overcome the technique deficits. I was already enamored of his blond hair look in the first half My Lovely Girl as prickly Shi Woo but never in a million years would I have thought the return to his dark-haired natural look would up his good looks. Hubba hubba Shi Woo, come to noona! It’s like an extra helping of tasty sweets that I have Shi Woo eye candy off to the side while the main leads Se Na and Hyun Wook continue to build on their nicely developing romance center stage. It took awhile but the canon OTP is really compelling now, with most of the credit going to surprisingly mature and emotionally active Se Na. She doesn’t subscribe to the K-drama heroine journal of cluelessness or noble idiocy, or at least so far she hasn’t. Episode 8 ended on a soft sweet kiss and no preview so check out more hot Shi Woo pics from his upcoming solo debut performance along with the newly released video preview for episode 9. I’m getting more and more fond of this little drama.

Dark-haired Shi Woo Ups the Sizzle in Previews for Episode 9 of My Lovely Girl — 4 Comments

  1. Myungsoo has stolen many hearts with his charismatic Shi Woo!! Krystal’s Se Na is so mature and different from the ordinary victimized clueless heroine who needs every other male character to save her. In Episode 8, Hyun Wook and Se Na’s kissing scene was nice, but is it wrong that I enjoyed Se Na and Shi Woo’s firework watching scene just a tad bit more? I am actually looking forward to the big reveal of Hyun Wook being Se Na’s Unnie’s pre-death boyfriend. Hyun Wook was the reason why So Eun moved to Seoul in the first place, and I wonder if Se Na blames her Unnie’s boyfriend for “causing” her sister’s death. MLG is definitely blooming into something beautiful.
