Taeyeon Sells the Flirty Youthful Makeup Fun of Banila’s Collaboration Collection with Iphoria

This is totally cuteness overload, if I was the target age demographic I’d totally run out and stock up on these items. SNSD‘s member Taeyeon is the new face of Korean makeup and skincare brand Banila & Co for it’s collaboration collection with digital age design house Iphoria. The result is cute compacts with a to-die-for teddy bear and various catchy winks and slogans. This is totally right up the teen to young twenties alley, not to mention Taeyeon’s blond look conveys a fun fresh edginess that makes this feel like a homage to the MAC style adverts. Ribbons are apparently in for the fall so Taeyeon is rocking the huge black gauze one that reminds me of when large hairbands were en vogue in K-ent after Kim Tae Hee paraded around in a succession of them for My Princess.

  1. Not a fan of 2nd generation of Kpop but have to admit idols of that golden era have more solid skills than the new comers of those rookie groups nowadays. SNSD and Wonder Girls are still among those iconic Kpop groups that trailblzered all their ways into the global music market. Taeyeon has one of the sweetest voices among all the Kpop girl idols.
