It’s nice to have friends to help out and also serve as a nifty promotional platform. Kim Soo Hyun will be reuniting with singer-actress IU for the third time this month as the male lead in her upcoming MV of the second track off her new solo album. They have been good friends for many years and worked onscreen twice before in Dream High and Producer, both solid drama acting performances for them. But in both dramas they did not play OTP so hopefully in this MV they will and give folks a happy ending who shipped them in Producer. Kim Soo Hyun is clearly ramping up his comeback after laying low for nearly two years since Producer, with this MV appearance expect more media events in preparation for his thriller movie Real which just confirmed a June 2017 premiere date in theaters.
I don’t really care for Real as much as I’d want him in a drama asap. It almost feels like he’s coming back from enlistment because of how long he’s been away from small screen. It’s almost 2 years now!! I really hope he picks a good drama with a great costar before this month ends. It’s not too much to ask for… I think.
KSH probably won’t be doing drama anymore. He will be like won bin who just do CF and movie.
