Stills and Preview for SBS Drama Reunited Worlds with Yeo Jin Gu, Lee Yeon Hee, and Ahn Jae Hyun

This drama got a late start due to casting not confirmed until recently so hopefully the production has all its ducks in a row to churn out enough footage to make the July 19th premiere date for the next SBS Wed-Thurs drama Reunited Worlds. The drama takes over for Suspicious Couple, and will be followed in late summer by the pre-produced While You Were Sleeping with Lee Jong Seok and Suzy. Starring Yeo Jin Gu, Lee Yeon Hee, and Ahn Jae Hyun, with idol actress Jung Chae Yeon playing the high school version of the female lead, the story is about Yeo Jin Gu’s character disappearing and presumed dead abruptly at the age of 19, and then returning 12 years later. He reunites with his high school love who is 31 years old by then while he still looks his 19 year old self. Hence the clear casting of the two leads, who are going to have to bring it in terms of chemistry to really sell this tale of time slipped lovers with a mysterious twist.

  1. This sounds like a drama version of Kang Dong Won’s Movie “Vanishing Time : The Boy Who Returns”.

  2. Is this a sequel to YJG’s drama that ended? Or did he decide to play the exact same role minus having a twin brother?

  3. YJG will be in his own impenetrable acting bubble. He looks like he’s having a blast in some of these stills but he’s an actor you can tell loves to act.

Honestly, there have been a bunch of recent kdrama castings that have made me worrisome about the direction kdramas are headed and have just left me scratching my head.

    • Just remember that the kdramas that are streamimg on Dramafever and Viki are just a very small portion of Kdrama. I am sure there are quality drama with good casting that are not shown in either of the two sites.

      • Yes, Lord. There are so many great shows. On Demand Korea has a lot of them. I just found out about 72 second dramas from their site that are really cute.

  4. I am so torn!!! I want to watch this but I don’t want to watch anything too heavy. Fight for My Way was all kinds of roses, but then they gutted me with the ending of episode 14. Why show? Seriously, why?
