I’m craving something different and that’s really why I’m keen to remain optimistic about upcoming tvN drama Hotel Del Luna. Yes the Hong Sisters have failed now more than they have succeeded but the initial exciting rush of their unique ideas in many of their dramas makes it still worth giving a shot. The latest stills come in the form of character posters for all the leads framed as hotel door knob signs, like the Do Not Disturb or Turn Down the Room hang tags. It certainly looks like a motley crew led by leads IU and Yeo Jin Gu with plenty of kooky and creepy characters to come with the setting being a ghost hotel run by a thousands year old ill-tempered proprietress.
Hope this drama has better chemistry between the lead than the last one even tho Lee Seung Ki as Son Oh Gong was excellent. There is also a tie in between this drama and Hwayugi. Ma Wang at the end of the drama said that he was going to open a hotel on the dragon site for ghosts.
