Time keeps going and sometimes a pause is enough to find the strength to keep moving on. Singer IU is returning with a mini-album titled Love Poem, originally scheduled for release this week but now pushed back to November 1st due to the untimely passing of her good friend Sulli last week. What was normally great news now feels tempered by real life tragedy but I applaud IU for being such a consummate professional and continuing to promote even during a period of immense sorrow. I hope audiences connect with Love Poem and it appears that way as tickets for her Seoul concert sold out over 20,000 seats in less than a minute when it went on sale. Other cities sold out super quick as well so clearly her fans are excited and eager for her musical comeback.
