The Cringe Factor is High with Ahn Jae Hyun and Oh Yeon Seo in First Teaser for People With Flaws

I really hope the intention of the production was to paint Ahn Jae Hyun and Oh Yeon Seo as totally cringeworthy characters with exaggerated performances in the first teaser for upcoming K-drama People With Flaws. In that case they succeeded because lordy was that awful to watch with major second hand embarrassment for them. They game they were playing, Oh Yeon Seo’s pigtails which she is like fifteen years past pulling off, and Ahn Jae Hyun’s kissy faces, all of it is just majorly waaaaah? But then again Kim Seul Gi said she picked this drama as the second female lead for a reason so I’ll probably check it out for her and the trainwreck factor.

  1. *Sigh* I guess they’re showing us their flaws? Anyhow I’ll be watching the first episode so wish me luck everyone.
    There for AJH ❤️

    • hahaha… all the old folks like to return to play school or what? so childish. LOL. I will rewatch my fav Tale of Nokdu a hundred times than to get rigors from too much cheesy cringes. hahaha…

  2. Wow! Koala’s words did not come close to preparing me for the full horror of that nightmare! Surviving 43 seconds of that deserves a merit badge, while the trailer itself should carry a health warning. Ghastly beyond my wildest fears

  3. Well I survived the trailer twice….actually and my senses are all intact but yeah my concern is did they spray paint the grass pink? Poor actors and dumb Director and Producer for thinking up this absurdity. I guess they’re trying to go for the it’s so ridiculous factor to pique interest for Korean viewers because we all know how they live for maximum cheesiness but us international viewers are like…next.

    • Probably didn’t paint the grass. If you search “pink grass korea” you’ll get a lot of fall pictures with lovely pink grass!

      • @Porcupine- Thank you for the feedback I’m in awe now never seen it before or paid any attention but definitely will google this.

  4. Is this a new trend in K-dramas nowadays with visual and sound special effects? First noticed it in What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim and Her Private Life. Small doses is ok but if they add it to every episode it’s going to annoy me. Too cartoonish for me. At least the OTP here are young enough to still act cute and silly. I saw SYJ trying to act cute, clueless and ditzy in Crash Landing second teaser. Not sure it’s going to work at her age. Stick to the basics is still best.
