Lee Min Ho and Woo Do Hwan Have a Friendly Face Off in New Stills From The King: Eternal Monarch

The promos are coming fast and furious for upcoming SBS Fri-Sat drama The King: Eternal Monarch and I’m not complaining in the least. The latest drama stills feature male leads Lee Min Ho and Woo Do Hwan having a friendly (King) and serious (Palace Guard) chit chat in what looks like a royal library. I hope the production costs are well spent to create a regal and expansive set for the fictional universe where South Korea still has a monarchy. I’m glad the casting paired these two actor together, their height and visuals double the eye candy onscreen and they complement each other nicely.

  1. Lee min ho looks so stunning and jeez how tall he is,! Despite his leg injury which makes his walk awkward. That haircut suits him so well. Lol king looks taller than the guard.
I hope there are funny moments between the bros. Sbs has good dramas lined up. Hyena ( worth it and wish it had better ratings )is so good and then king will take over its place .

    • NJH, JKY, TY, IJH, JIS are all taller than LMH. They deliberately cast a shorter guard to make the King seem taller. Height is all relative. Everyone looks short when standing next to Lee Kwang Soo. lol.

      • Maybe it makes sense. I thibk they couldve choosen someone with same height who physically fits the requirements

  2. Looking at the stills, I’d rather have a bromance drama between the two with underlying hints of BL. They look sizzling hot together.

  3. I want HARU YA!hez gonna be in good height as King, Im missing him so badly!!!
“SO to me you aren’t just an extra , you are Extra-ordinary you to me “-HARU
