Park Shin Hye and Jo Seung Woo Team Up to Prevent a Dystopian Future in New Poster and Stills for jTBC Drama Sisyphus: The Myth

2021 is starting to feel real, it takes me a few weeks lol to really transition into a new year, and I’m also starting to get mega exciting about the upcoming dramas. Next month jTBC will premiere its 10th anniversary celebration drama Sisyphus: The Myth with Jo Seung Woo and Park Shin Woo, battling to prevent a dystopian future and hopefully with no weird pseudo-romance to slow down the tense action. The new poster is out and I LOVE IT, so dark and broody and moody, with the two leads standing under beams of light and the ruined world of the future behind them. The production also released tons of new stills juxtaposing Jo Seung Woo’s happy go lucky engineer with gun toting Park Shin Hye in what I still think is a reverse Terminator characterization. Nothing wrong with that, time to update and upgrade a classic plot.

  1. Definitely agree with you koala?. It’s time to upgrade the “prince in shining armour” classic plot to “princess with scar-L pink gun” plot??

  2. This drama confuses me, it is as if I had a preconceived idea of it and another image arrives and I get lost, I don’t know how good or bad this is but it makes me long to see it, CSW looks so young and his voice is so dghgfdhgfdsj .. . <3 ….
I saw a cute photo of PSH and CSW on instagram and it was such a hit, I didn't think I would see Hwang Shi Mok like that.

  3. Wow, the poster reminds me of James Cameron directed Aliens (1986). I want Park Shin Hye to kick ass like Ripley in all the Alien movies. 2021 is shaping up to be a great year for action dramas and movies. Hyun Bin in Confidential Assignment sequel with Yoona is icing on the cake too. News just dropped in Soompi.

  4. I love these two actors individually and to have them together in one drama…omg so excited. Can’t wait. Good or bad I will watch it until the end. CSW really does look super young in these pics. I’m used to seeing him in super serious/dignified roles so I’m looking forward to seeing him in a more casual role.
