Kang Ha Neul Confirmed as Male Lead for K-drama Insider and Looking Sageuk Smexy in February Premiere of River Where the Moon Rises

It’s a two-fer for K-actor Kang Ha Neul in dramas this year, and who knows he may even do more! The award winning actor has picked his next leading man role and has signed on for legal thriller Insider as Kim Yo Han who works at the legal research center. He’s cruelly betrayed by his bestie classmate and sets off on the revenge path, turning danger in his investigation into opportunity. The dram will be directed by the PD of Missing: The Other Side and the screenwriter of The Priest. Since this drama won’t air until the second half of the year, fans can get a Kang Ha Neul appetizer fix in next week’s premiere of Moon Rising Over the River played the general father of Ji Soo’s Ondal character.

    • Wow, age-shaming, how…smart. *sarcastic slow-clap*

Koala, why do you put up with people like these and don’t just remove their dumb comments?

      • I (try to) remove comments when it insults other commenters, myself I have a thick skin. It’s needed to blog publicly lol.

As for someone who insults by disparaging someone by their unchangeable attributes whether age, race, gender, I think it speaks volumes about the person making such a statement rather than on the target.

As such, let that person show his/her true colors and I’ll just sit back and enjoy my happy life. 🙂

Also, I’m genuine not sure if I’m “old” because I don’t know that commenter’s baseline. Is old 20’s because that person is a teen and anyone who is an adult is old? 30’s because that’s just peak adulting? 40’s because goodness that’s like our parents age when we were teens and man they were so old to us? 50’s because that’s midlife crisis precipice?

      • I sincerely admire your backbone and feel glad that you don’t take such things to heart. I guess I just got fed up with such unnecessary rude comments. Your blog is the only one I’ve been reading regularly for years (I tend to avoid social media like the plague because I’d rather communicate with people directly), so I’ll take your word for bloggers needing thick skin. 🙂

You’re right, of course, that such comments say a lot about their posters. It just annoys me when no one speaks up about it and they might feel it’s okay to write stuff like that. Cyber mobbing comes to my mind…

Anyway, I’m relieved you can think that way. Keep your chin up and continue writing whatever you want. 🙂 I’ll be cheering you on (probably silently since I’m kind of a silent lurker… :’D)! Best wishes
