Lights and Shadows Play the Game of Palace Politics in New Posters and Stills for KBS Sageuk Bloody Heart

I liked the original Korean title literally translated into English better – Red Single Heart can mean a lot of things but once you call it Bloody Heart it just means one thing, rocks falls down to come. New character posters and drama stills came out this week as we are just two weeks away from the May 2nd premiere with the drama taking the Mon-Tues time slot. The character posters are just okay, the ghostly gradient coloring isn’t that appealing and it makes the rich green, red, and purple colors of the leads outfits look washed out. The drama stills continue to showcase tension and connection, that these characters reside in this world where wrong steps mean destruction and right connections bring a chance at happiness.

  2. Really wish Jang Hyuk wasn’t relegated to playing antagonist. The man is crazy talented but his last big resurgence seems to have been Fated to Love You. He deserves better!
