  I understand if you need to become a more passive viewer of 49 Days, as I find that watching this kind of light drama is best when you leave the critical perspective out.
  Then you can suspend logic and just enjoy the ride.

  Thanks so much for all the hard work you have done so far in recapping this series. It has helped me understand the RAW version much better.

    Hey, if episode 9 rocks, I'll keep recapping. But I just don't want to feel compelled to continue unless I'm loving the drama more.

    • really i love this drama its been a while since kdrama confused me or made me unable to predict who will end up with who, i was hooked from the first ep usually that doesn't happen to me and i actually never found it slow from the start, weird, but i loved the coffee shop scene with scheduler/YK so beautifully done credits going more to Il Woo really good acting i praying so badly that they are lovers that storyline would be more interesting. seriously that STARE was epic i'm hoping you will love this drama because i love your recaps

• Well, I understand how hard it must be for you to keep up with the recaps, the news and your life. Still a part of me will miss your recaps and previews on 49days since it's the only thing that lessen the pain of waiting a week for the next ep.

  • Thanks~ It's not just my life insomuch as my RL job is sooooo busy these days as well. Sigh, if I had 48 hrs a day....

    • this is the reason I don't do the blog thing - I love to write an ramble about kdramas and kactors and I write quite a lot in different places
      I'd love to express myself but I'm afraid that I don't have the awesome style of writing of dangermousie(cdrama central-not my thing right now) nor I can translate Korean as you do

      In the same time I have another problem -constant Refresh button addiction (here and there) and is so frustrating when I don't get any news (like the one above which is all I wanted for today)

      why don't u try a more relaxed recap = more like a lil longer synopsis and a bit more relaxed- in this way if you come to love again this drama u can finish it or better make a short recap a few days later (I love it btw because of LYW she is the one who touches me and I'd love to "do"Nam Gyuri -oh wait I should love Kang or Scheduler I hope I didn't commit a crime- and the bad guy- I usually love(big brother in Midas,Foxy Hunter,Mishil etc) well done bad guys but here the bad couple doesn't interest me that much - coz they should make it more OMG OMG OMG , less boring moments and lots of tension moments with them

• Exactly. If it's not fun anymore, then what's the point? Either way, whether you decide to continue recapping 49 Days or not, I'll continue to be a frequent visitor of AKP because I enjoy it here. I love to come here and be a part of the discussion. Despite being quite swamped with RL work these days, I like the fact that I can always come here to relax and catch up on my dramas. Anyway, I hope there will be a game changer in this series as well. I'm going to continue watching for the cast, but I hope the plot continues to move forward (and that there will be more scenes featuring hot half nekkid men) in the next several weeks. You've got my support and love, Jie Jie. Always. v_(^_^)_v

  wow - it looks like plot development...if indeed 'Ji Kyung reveals that In Jung is dating Min Ho'. I wonder to whom and how she will reveal it.... and if Kang will catch on.

  I think episode 9 will be the climax of the drama. Because:
  1. Ji Kyung senses Han Kang's deep feelings for her.
  2.In Jung and Min Ho's secrect (also dirty) love is learnt.
  3.We will learn smt about Reaper Boy's relationship with Ji Kyung in his last life .(It's not previewed, but I hope..)

  So please keep on your writings ockoala!.. I like your writings. Even if I don't have time to watch this drama I keep on reading your comments and recaps.

  So Ji Kyung does like Ji Hyun do. She is an impulsive girl. So if one or some of Ji Hyun friend meet Yi Kyung, they will suspect the difference between them.
  And her scream, calling her dad, I think it's her habit to scream like that when she is surprised. Some of her close friend probably will recognize her if they hear her scream.

• I think the most important thing would be you enjoying the drama! If doing recaps would make it less interesting then there really is no point in doing it. (and I do agree that one has to really love a drama to do a recap - otherwise it'll be rather painstaking)

  Thanks for all the previous recaps - I surely have enjoyed them :) Not to mention I'm truly amazed by the great time management! I do blog occassionally so I can imagine how much time it takes to make a recap of just one epidsode of drama. Hats off to you again, Ms Koala!

  Oh and given DTLY will make its premiere soon and all the upcoming May k-dramas, am sure you will be much busier (just following them and not even recaps!!).
