I’d be lying if I said I liked love triangles in dramas. A good love triangle is very hard to do, which requires forcing the viewer to have a hard time picking between two equally viable choices. So most dramas with love triangles end up being a lopsided three legged stool. I have no clue if Protect the Boss has a love triangle or a love square or whatever the heck it’s turning out to be. All I know is that I LOVE it. I love everything about it. On top of some intensely nuanced emotional developments, we have awesome cousinly bickering that is really a hidden bromance underneath it all. The preview for episode 7 looks amazing – just more of everything we’ve come to love about PTB.

So it turns out that the Chairman initially thinks the cousins are fighting over Na Yoon. ROFL. Looks like Moo Won is stepping up his pursuit of Eun Seol, but so is Ji Heon. The last line of dialogue has Ji Heon saying that Noh Eun Seol is a rock, and he wishes to have that rock beside him for the rest of his life. All together now – awwwwwwww. Ji Heon is the most comprehensively written damaged man-child hero I recall seeing in any K-drama. More child than man, except when it comes to things that he wants to fight for. I desperately adore him to pieces.

I usually don't like love triangles, find them annoying, and for that reason I don't watch "That Many" kdramas, however if the characters deal with it fairly and maturely, then it might be interesting to watch ;)
OMG OMG OMG!! PAPA Cha kicking both Ji Heon and Mu Won God butts in the elevator is just HILARIOUS!! Is this the CHA family or what???!!! People, this is such a lovely lovely slightly disfunctional chaebol family that I want to put them all in a room and just watch them FIGHT it out, WITH LOVE! Go PAPA Cha, go!
