It’s official. Every moody actor on the planet simply must star opposite Ella. It’s better than getting therapy. The woman famously turned Taiwan’s surliest hot shot Jerry Yan into a smiling, laughing, giddy man-boy on the set of Down With Love. Now she’s turned serious and sensitive Vic Zhou into a complete clown. I love it. Ella and Zai Zai guest hosted a variety show segment for a Chinese program, and stills were released of the two of them having a blast together and losing their marbles having too much fun. Ella has always been known for having absolutely no airs, but now she’s just knocking it out of the park with Zai Zai during their promotional circuit for Perfect Two. Their happiness is contagious, and hopefully brings a smile or two to everyone’s face.

My bro was watching with me and he kept saying what an ugly girl the lead was, but I was amazed at how she didn't care that she looked like a guy, and acted out the wacky scenes.
I haven't watched DWL yet but I did stalk the promo stills/behind-the-scene pics and you can really see Jerry Yan goofing around with Ella.

Vic has definitely aged (looks more mature I mean) since I last remember him. Not sure if I will see the flick but I'm certain that they are all super cute together judging from all the promo and while they were filming materials.

I was actually just thinking the exact same thing, Mrs. Koala! Ella has such a way of getting under other people's skins - but in a good way! - and getting them to loosen up and think happy thoughts. She's a very remarkable person for someone in show biz.

I adored Ella because of DwL...she really is one unique character...I really thought that Jerry Yan was in love with her after watching all the BTS of the drama..they were absolutely adorable together...looks like Ella is just a blast to work with
