Han Hyo Joo channels old-school movie star glamour for the latest edition of Cosmopolitan Korea, an ingenue who has become a bona fide leading lady with dazzling screen presence. I don’t know how she does it, but her photo shoots have been across-the-board exceptional no matter what the concept calls for. I personally love these types of va-va-va-voom spreads, letting the star be a star and making no apologies for their otherworldly prettiness. Up next for Han Hyo Joo is the sageuk movie I am the Joseon King with Lee Byung Hyun. For someone so young, Han Hyo Joo has quite a lot of sageuk experience already so I’m sure she’ll do just fine against a cast of heavyweights.

Yes, I think So Ji Sub meant it as a compliment. As in not the usual aegyo type, cutesy girl. But just classy and beautiful.
