Craaaaack. The upcoming rap MV for So Ji Sub starring Yoo Seung Ho and Park Shin Hye is going to be a reduced form of drama crack. Mnet released part 2 of its behind-the-scenes look at the filming for the MV and I’m already quivering with excitement to see the end product. Glimpses of Yoo Seung Ho and Park Shin Hye hit all my kinks – he looks roughed up as a bad boy at the club and then he sneaks a kiss, there is a version of them snuggling at home in matching pink couple sweaters, another one where Yoo Seung Ho looks dashing and serious. I almost died laughing watching So Ji Sub personally watching the filming of the kiss scene and making sure his little stars actually kissed for three full seconds as per his instructions. So cute! Of course, if anyone even thinks about this MV concept for one minute, its ridiculousness would make for a great drinking game. So Yoo Seung Ho plays So Ji Sub’s 20-something self, where he meets and falls in love with Park Shin Hye. Cue ten years later and their relationship is falling apart. Somehow Yoo Seung Ho grew 5 inches and put on 30 lbs and transformed into broody So Ji Sub, but Park Shin Hye looks exactly the same! Ha, it’s cute in its silliness which could easily have been remedied had So Ji Sub found another slightly older actress to play the older version of Park Shin Hye. Say………..Yoon Eun Hye? Heh, I’m just doing my dream casting bit, ignore me. Anyhoo, bits and pieces of So Ji Sub’s new rap songs were in the background of this Mnet segment and it doesn’t sound bad actually. I think “Pick Up Line” was probably intentionally sleazy and stupid but this time he’s doing some legit rapping. I’m relieved, now I don’t need to watch this MV on mute. It’s getting released at the end of January so I’ll have to put on my patient cap and sit tight. The cast looked like they had so much fun making this MV its bound to be entertaining on a positive energy level.

Looking forward to seeing the MV....specially after the various teasers and behind the scene clips. PSH is beautiful in all. Loved the first video featuring Younha therefore makes me eager for this one too. Still have not grasped how this set of MV's work together and if all four will have different people and singers? Will the 12 min MV be all these four combined together or different? But like whatever I have seen until now.

It would have been funny to see Yoon Eun Hye as the older Park Shin Hye, not only because of Missing You with YSH and YEH having great chemistry and he was in love with her there, but also because many people say that YEH and PSH look alike...

I know I have said this before, but in two years if there is not a drama starring PSH and YSH together, I will really think the kdrama universe has lost their minds. The drama gods MUST MAKE THIS HAPPEN!

Yoon Eun Hye and Park Shin Hye (where neither becomes an unpleasant female character -- go 'sismance') in a drama together with the requisite kdrama hot guy may a couple of the flower boys from the oh boy series or Micky Yoochun, Kim Soo-hyun, Song Joong-ki or, Gong Yoo. I'd be a happy camper.
