I can’t imagine there is any TW-drama viewer out there thinking it’ll be a great idea for Aaron Yan to pair up with Tia Li for a drama. Well, let me step back and say that I don’t know how it’s possible to even think it’s a great idea for Tia Li to keep acting in dramas in the first place. The girl has one facial expression that passes for every emotion under the sun. Out of the three Dream Girls, only Puff Guo can passably act due to a natural effervescent charm and the ability to actual move her facial muscles once in awhile while reciting lines of dialogue. With Puff’s star blasting through the roof last year, in no small part due to the raging success of her onscreen pairing with Aaron Yan in the SETTV Friday night drama Just You, she’s apparently gotten too busy to even move up through the SETTV ranks. The network wanted to reunite Puff and Aaron and give them the most coveted Sunday night drama time slot for the upcoming drama to follow the currently airing turd Deja Vu with Yao Yuan Hao, Mandy Wei, and Jenna Wang. Due to Puff’s packed to the gills schedule which includes filming We Got Married Global Edition season 2 with Heechul of Super Junior, she’s had to pass on this plumb leading lady role but her agency doesn’t want the chance to fall to another actress so has managed to replace Puff with her group mate Tia. This will be Tia’s first leading lady role in a Taiwan drama, though last year she already netted her first leading lady role in China filming a collaboration TW-C drama called Tao Nu Lang (淘女郎 Tao Girl) with fellow TW-stars Lin Yo Wei and James Wen. I don’t dislike Tia because she’s rather harmless to watch but it’s undeniable that she’s a really really bad actress. The upcoming Aaron-Tia drama has the literal Chinese title of Falling in Love With Two of Me (愛上兩個我) and the only synopsis available is that Aaron plays a guy with dual personalities. He’s a cold arrogant businessman by day, a warm house husband type by night. That’s basically smushing his character and Puff’s character in JY together, right? The drama starts filming in two weeks with a scheduled end of March premiere. On one hand I’m glad Deja Vu is toddling off to the great drama abyss in the sky, but on the other hand I’m not feeling a potential drama crack coming up unless Tia magically learns how to act.

Sigh. I was so hoping that this was not true. Tia was bad in both Office Girls and in Miss Rose--so she cannot play bad girl or good girl. She seems like such a nice person, so I don't understand why her management would keep putting her in things so people make fun of her.
I remember really a long time ago, there was a group of us (maybe a 100 of us?) used to pair him up with Hebe Tian and called the duo "Bebu". But that was ages ago. haha

Lol Surprise, surprise! Aaron is playing an arrogant and cold character... again. I don't see how Tia and Aaron pairing up is such a big deal, since their acting level is pretty much the same. Tia actually has the excuse of being pretty much a newbie while Aaron has been acting and playing the same type of role for years and it doesn't look like he's gonna get any better than this.
Besides, Puff and aaron pairing up again after such a short time wouldn't necessarily mean that they would repeat the success of Just You. Did everyone already forget George Hu and Annie Chen's "Love Around" fiasco?

Noooooo, I really enjoy their chemistry in Just You…. And was waiting for a reunion for Aaron and Puff. No offends but I don’t like Tia acting because she is too stiff…. But either way I will TRY to watch just because of our cute Aaron… I do hope that there will be a future reunion for Aaron and Puff. I’m also looking forward for Puff in WGM.

Well Tia Li is a taurus sign and Aaron is a scorpio, i wouldn't be suprised that they are so opposite, but hey opposite attracts :) I also like Puff Kuo but we should give Tia Li a chance too.Let's wait and see how this goes~
