TW-ent Hit With Successive Young Actress Pregnancies: Beatrice Fang, Apple Lin, and Hannah Quinlivan
Just last year rising young Taiwan actresses Beatrice Fang and Apple Lin were in the pages of GQ magazine being all cute and sexy (see above), this year both are swapping their bikinis for maternity wear in what is turning into a steady stream of very young star pregnancies. First came 24-year old Apple Lin (best known for her In a Good Way role) revealing early this year that she was pregnant and will tie the knot with her baby daddy boyfriend. Her same age fellow SETTV actress colleague Beatrice Fang (Dear Mom, Fall in Love with Me) just announced this week that she’s pregnant with her actor boyfriend Yang Ming Wei‘s baby. Beatrice and Yang Ming Wei, who is just 25 years old himself, met on the set of Fall in Love where she was the crazy second female lead tormenting Aaron Yan to love her back while he played a supporting role. Topping both Apple and Beatrice in young mommy-dom will be 21 year old newlywed Hannah Quinlivan, who announced last week that she’s expecting a baby with husband Jay Chou.
The picture above is of Hannah at a media event this week beautifully rocking a slight baby bump. I do wonder what are the odds that real life best girlfriends Hannah and Beatrice got pregnant at the exact same time! Beatrice was Hannah’s maid-of-honor at her England wedding to Jay, but judging by Beatrice being four months pregnant now then she was already expecting when the Hannah-Jay wedding train rolled around. Congrats to all the expecting parents!

that's why I do like KDrama far better than TW Drama. At least, most of KDrama stars make use of condoms properly.
Not really. Kdramas have had their share of real life shot gun marriages too.
Condoms aren't 100% fool-proof either.
Jay Chou being 36, they had to start planning for a baby. Advanced paternal age is not good at all (decrease in fertility, genetic mutations...)
And 25 is a perfect age to have a baby! I hope they will continue to get good roles, thus showing maternity and career are compatible. It's not like Taiwan doesn't need more babies.
Both have their fair share of shotgun weddings and improper use of condoms.
Kdrama stars: Jang Dong Gun, Kwon Sang Woo, Lee Chun Hee, Kang Hye Jung (Tablo's Wife, Haru's Mom), Park Myungsoo, Uhm Tae Woong, and Kim Hyun Joong (didn't marry his exgf who is now carrying his child.)
Wow. I haven't been keeping track. I am not surprised at Hannah jay one cause that I knew was fast track to parenthood and was wondering just which day they'd announce it.
The others cool - congrats to all - it's always a blessing at the announcement of babies. :)
I guess that means we won't see Hannah and Jay's wedding in Antarctica ;)
She also looks 4 months pregnant if I can tell she's pregnant from that dress and her stance; It's possible she was already pregnant during her weddings.
