Upcoming SBS weekend drama The Time I Loved You, 7000 Days just started filming this past weekend, not as late as some dramas have had to play catch up but quite late taking into account how early this drama finished casting and securing the PD and screenwriter. The big hitch (and it was BIG) was PD Jo Soo Won abruptly leaving the production only to be coaxed to return a week later, which was then followed by the announcement that the drama was switching screenwriters. Le sigh. The screenwriter of Full House was replaced with a duo writing tandem of screenwriters, one did Sly and Single Again and the other did Baby-faced Beauty.
The delay in commencement of filming didn’t just stem from all the personnel shuffling but also that the original script was junked and the two new screenwriters apparently started from scratch in writing the drama. No wonder only the first script is seen above, there likely isn’t more than that at this point. The drama doesn’t premiere until June 27th but time is ticking so hopefully everything is in order now. Check out the first BTS shots of the two leads Ha Ji Won and Lee Jin Wook filming, and be prepared to rewind twenty years and believe they are high school students. The age gap might be as bad as Bae Yong Joon and Choi Ji Woo in Winter Sonata as high school students.
It's off with the hair pieces and ancient costumes for Xu Kai and Deng En…
This drama was apparently in talks with C-actor Ding Yu Xi before his just aired…
This year 2024 has been a slow year for K-actress Suzy in terms of her…
There are weird casting choices and this one is weird from both the leads itself…
Well this is an interesting pairing, setting aside the age difference at least I can…
I swear I just wrote about Song Joong Ki having his first baby and then…

Hahaha was it so difficult to hire younger actors to play the teenage version of the leads - like Producers and My Love Eun Dong are doing right now? Unless they decided to throw believability out of the window. Now LMH and KWB look like real HS kids in front of these people. I'll be here for the hilarity and mess!
The actors playing their high school selves was another awesome charm in the original. Chinese / TW actors definitely have more practice playing a wide range of ages.
Finally! They started shooting already. Ha Ji Won and Lee Jin Wook look so cute in school uniforms! Both can still pass as high school students, especially the forever young Ha Ji Won. So excited for this drama! Ha Ji Won has chemistry with all of her co-stars so I'm expecting some intense, hot scenes here. The Queen is back! Ha Ji Won's drama is going to take number one spot again! Bye basic b******!
i miss lee jin wook
Seriously. They don't look anything like high school kids. It'll do them a lot of good if they find younger actors especially since the older ones can film other portions simultaneously as well.
I'm looking forward to this drama.I guess it's important to the director to let them play the hi-school scene instead of hiring younger actors.
Lee JinWook as a highschooler is just 'no'. He's too rough around the edges. Ha JiWon can physically pass off as a high schooler but her aura is so strongly that of an adult. So far, I haven't seen her oversome that.
And i thought LMH in Heirs was too old to play high schooler -.-" I can't see LJW and HJW as high school students. No.
Why didn't they hire younger actor to play them as high schoollers? None of the two can pass for a student at their age.. Anyways, so the script has changed? Is it a new drama then altogether or still a k version of the taiwanese with changes?
wow lee jin wook looks FINE!!!! i hope it's not dramatic and more like hwang jung eum's HS scenes in kill me heal me (tongue in cheek).
I like what I see
