I thought it unlikely to see any filming sneak peeks at upcoming KBS drama Descendants of the Sun since the majority of the drama will be filmed overseas. Looks like the Korea portion is being filmed right now and the media was allowed to cover one particular scene shoot involving a very recognizable face making a cameo. Kwang Soo, well-known to be best friends with DoTS male lead Song Joong Ki, is making a cameo appearance in the drama as seen in the still above.
Kwang Soo is seen wearing a fatigue top but the background indicates that he’s running not a real shooting but a play zone pretend version of one. Male lead Song Joong Ki will be in the scene with Kwang Soo, and I’m guessing he’ll be showing off his shooting skills since his character is an army officer in the drama. In addition to new pics of Kwang Soo’s cameo, Song Joong Ki and second male lead Jin Goo was spotted filming on the streets of Seoul last week as well so check out a few more men with guns pictures.

YAY! I don't care whether this drama becomes a hit or a flop. I'm in it for Joongki(and Kwangsoo's cameo) :). Am I the only one who went MARU! when I saw SJK and LKS?
Don't be surprised if Jo In Sung makes a cameo appearance too in this drama.

I may be in the minority---while everyone is rooting for Joongki, my eyes are on Jin Goo. Gah damn, Jin Goo looks mighty fine! His side profile is just dashing! So masculine and sexy! He is seriously so underrated. Can't wait to see him again. Love him to pieces! :)
