Yoo Ah In is Royally Sexy as an All-black Clad Warrior Prince in Six Flying Dragons

This dangerous amounts of smexy hotness should be illegal, or at least come with a warning on it. SBS released the first two official stills from upcoming long sageuk Six Flying Dragons, featuring of course the younger leading man Yoo Ah In. We’ll have to wait a bit more to see older leading man Kim Myung Min, but I’m sure that’ll be worth the wait. But first Yoo Ah In, who has been in plenty of sageuks but honestly his best look is not as kings or princes but as the rebel warrior – think Sungkyunkwan Scandal and Strongest Chil Woo more so than Jang Ok Jung, Live in Love.

Looks like we’ll be getting the best of both worlds here as he starts off as as simple Lee Bang Won (Yi Bang Won), one of the sons of Joseon dynasty founder King Taejo. The drama will then chronicle his rise to become future King Taejong, the third monarch of Joseon. As long he rides horses at night dressed in all black while posing like a fierce model, I’m totally on sonny boy’s side in this political battle. Right now SBS is on a prime time roll as both its Mon-Tues drama Mrs. Cop and Wed-Thurs drama Yongpal are leading the ratings, which means Six Flying Dragons ought to not be handicapped when it premieres in early October.
