First Slapsticky Teaser for One More Happy Ending Plays Up Rom-com Appeal

It’s a good week to feel optimistic about upcoming K-dramas when there are interesting new goodies, case in point being the first teaser for upcoming MBC drama One More Happy Ending. I find myself loving the drama title and premise, it’s such a positive yet realistic belief, that romance isn’t always a one-shot happy ending take and even those who stumble out of the gate can and deserve another (and another even) chance at a happy ending. The first teaser plays up the rom-com aspect of the drama, showing leads Jung Kyung Jo, Jang Nara, Yoo In Na, Kwon Yul, Yoo Da In, and Seo In Young in various sitcom-ish situations. I don’t mind if the drama starts of goofy and lighthearted but later turns more serious, as long as it doesn’t do a full 180 bait-and-switch and give one of the leads cancer or a returning zombie ex-spouse.
