First Teaser From Please Come Back Ahjusshi Shows the Veterans Making a Run From the Trip to Heaven

SBS is doing a slow burn type rollout with upcoming Wed-Thurs drama Please Come Back Ahjusshi. The network quietly released a teaser last week featuring the veterans Kim Soo Ro and Kim In Kwon playing the characters who go on to die and their souls get second chances in the body of leads Oh Yeon Seo and Rain, respectively. I loved the teasers, the two deliver such fantastic colorful takes on their characters, Kim In Kwon is married to Lee Min Jung in the drama and plays a put upon department store manager whereas manly man Kim Soo Ro will become a become a beautiful women the second time around. The teaser shows the two men making a run for it on the train to heaven and I’m already rooting for them to bust out and fix their worldly lives, and make other people’s lives better, before heading off to the great beyond together to hang as buddies. The four leads snapped an adorable picture together, and while I normally am indifferent to Oh Yeon Seo, I find myself excited to see her tackle playing a rough gruff guy interior.
