Season 4 of Three Meals a Day Sends Fishing Village Cast Plus Nam Joo Hyuk to Gochang Countryside
I love Three Meals a Day, its a reality show that conceptually shouldn’t work because it sounds so boring, yet with the right cast, guest stars, and deft directing the entire endeavor comes off as a warm soothing meal for the jaded soul. It brings audiences into a simpler world and serves to humanize the Korean stars appearing in the show as folks who would be just as fish out of water as ordinary folks if told to survive on a farm or a remote fishing village.
The show is coming back for a fourth season and this iteration brings back the Three Meals a Day: Fishing Village gang of Cha Seung Won (Chajumma), Yoo Hae Jin, Son Ho Joon, and adds another kiddo to the mix with Nam Joo Hyuk. I love the original threesome and am curious to see more of Nam Joo Hyuk’s real life personality, with the four being shipped off to the countryside for the Gochang edition just in time for wet planting season on the farm. Nice!
