Park Bo Gum, Kim Yoo Jung and Cast in New Stills From Moonlight Drawn by Clouds

Filming continues onward for youth sageuk Moonlight Drawn by Clouds, as the summer days heat up the cast seems to be staying perky and animated. It’s hard enough to film in the muggy weather but to be in full sageuk garb strikes me as excessively burdensome. Luckily for the young cast of Moonlight, everyone seems to be getting along well and happy as clams.

There are two new official drama stills shown above, with Park Bo Gum and Kim Yoo Jung exhibiting visual symmetry galore. I know he’s older than her by a handful of years, and also much taller, so overall she does seem like a kid playing dress up in addition to a girl cross-dressing. But in a sageuk the age difference hopefully won’t be as noticeable and really all I want is a swoony romantic yarn to keep me hooked and not waste the talents and involvement of two exceptionally talented youngsters.
