It’s odd to hit and miss in such extremes with one look, but Song Hye Kyo certainly pulled it off at the Prada event in Hong Kong this weekend. Her acting career has been well known in Chinese speaking countries for well over a decade, ever since Autumn in My Heart in 2000 put her on the Hallyu map, so her greater audience resurgence with 2016’s Descendants of the Sun isn’t a breakout so much as well timed reheating. With that said, she did look her all time best in fresh simplicity mixed with star glamour in DotS, a look that she needs to do more of rather than going dark in her Prada appearance. I love her hair and clutch but that’s it, this Prada dress is terribly ill suited to her petite frame and the color and cut too dour for a summertime event.

I have to agree with you she is so lovely n beautiful but the dress does not flatter her in the right way.
She looked like Yeri from red velvet. The dress does not suit her frame, does expose the flaws of her body line.
sad to read on other sites commenting her legs are "fat and short"... she is very very beautiful, but i have to agree that dress makes her look even stubbier...

Some people just can't accept others opinion no matter how sincere the opinion is. Just because the opinion is not in favour of the bias, it will be considered as bashing. Frankly, the legs look less flattering. The dress mostly contributed to the less flattering effect. Plus she is 35, ones can't expect her to be youthful as ever.

Song hye Kyo is a short and fat women, no more no less. Nothing special with her. Her acting never impress me either, tho! . loloL XD.

I agree with you that the dress is not flattering. Its a Prada so she must wear prada. If other wearing that dress it will look ajuma, But she looks very beautiful in it. She has a toned legs . Petite but curvaceous. She has a beautiful trendy make-up the strobing and contouring is perfect.Like her hair.
Over-all she is fiercely beautiful with a Star power.
On point!.. Its the dress which has to be blamed and not the one who's wearing it. SHK did a good job of carrying it well, though dress is not flattering.

I love the dress ....it looks good on her ...she is a very beautiful classy woman who unlike most k drama actresses spends a reasonable sum of money on her outfits .
