This is a new one in terms of the buddy cop movie, but at least it hews to the standard playbook of one straight laced with one goofy. The first movie teaser is out for Cooperation, starring Hyun Bin as a North Korean detective sent down to South Korea to partner with South Korean cop played by Yoo Hae Jin. Together they aim to track down North Korean criminal refugee organization mastermind Kim Joo Hyuk, and along the way bring North and South Korea closer, or at least plant the seeds that the two sides can work together on something. All I can see is how insanely good looking scruffy and serious Binnie looks in this movie, and paired with excellently quirky Yoo Hae Jin this movie looks da bomb!
