Oh I beg to differ. There are loads of actors who look better when they age. Their looks, skills and charisma keep getting better and better. For example Jo In Sung and Kim Rae Won to name a few. And this applies to a lot of female actresses too, such as Gong Hyo Jin, who ages like a fine wine
