C-actress Zhao Wei celebrated her 41st birthday this week and graces the cover and pages of high fashion Chinese magazine Style Wind. Unlike her other top C-actresses like Zhou Xun and Fan Bing Bing, Zhao Wei years ago branched out into directing and producing, not to mention her vast savvy stock and real estate investments hence she doesn’t do as many CFs or attend as many media events. She’ll always remain the face and memories of the early collaboration days of Chinese and Taiwanese dramas and movies, even as she ages the spunk and feisty personality remain one of her most appealing qualities.
