An election themed dance off on the beautiful balmly spring streets of Seoul is a creative intro for upcoming SBS Wed-Thurs drama Suspicious Partner. I’m sufficiently entertained by how earnest and into it the entire cast gamely participates in this goofy bit, wringing comedy by committing to the silly. The drama arrives in two weeks after Saimdang: Light’s Diary finally finishes its run, going up against the tail end of Mystery Queen but premiering the same day as MBC‘s hefty sageuk Ruler: Master of the Mask. I’ll watch SP for the cute rom-com hook with leads Ji Chang Wook and Nam Ji Hyun and savor Ruler for Yoo Seung Ho goodies. Judging by this election dance piece the comedic elements will be high with SP and I can’t wait to see what the story has up its sleeve.

I must confess I am quite taken by Nam Ji Hyun here. I've never watched her in anything. She looks perfect for comedy. The other guy who came up and dance is also funny. Not sure about Ji Chang Wook though, he wasn't as goofy as expected except for his suit. Maybe this drama will show if he has the comedic chops or not.
NJH was such a lovely child actress, remembering her from Queen Seondeok. She's growing up to be really pretty too.
Her acting was great, at least to me, as a child. So will wait and see what she's like as an adult. :)
i enjoyed the teaser, esp ji chang wook
I've only seen her in Shopping King Louie and I really liked, so looking forward to this :)
