Leads of MBC Weekend Drama Bad Thief, Good Thief Start Filming

Filming is underway for MBC‘s next long weekend drama Bad Thief, Good Thief, intriguing both for breaking out of the typical family stories mold for weekend fare and for the nice mix of main leads. Starring Ji Hyun Woo, Seohyun of SNSD, Kim Ji Hoon, and Im Joo Eun, the drama centers around thieves disrupting the shadowy operations of a powerful illicit group in South Korea. It’s no moms being mean to daughter-in-laws that’s for sure. The cast visited with Seohyun recently at a performance and legit give hope that they are building the requisite chemistry to pull off a long running show that will take time to slowly ramp up the narrative. There is apparently a childhood portion with kids cast as the childhood counterparts of the leads.
