Kim Ok Bin and the Cast of K-movie The Villainness Looking Fab at Cannes Film Festival

There weren’t many Korean stars on the red carpet on opening night of the Cannes Film Festival but the arrival of the bad girl contingent brought it big time the following day. K-actress Kim Ok Bin headlines action-packed thriller movie The Villainness which screened at Cannes this week to great fanfare, receiving a long standing ovation and getting picked up for foreign distribution as the movie has been compared favorably to cross between a HK flick and Oldboy.

It;s been 8 years since Kim Ok Bin made her splashy debut at Cannes with the vampire priest movie Thirst and since then her movie career has been steadily climbing to now headlining a major movie, and looking glamorous and fit to boot. She was joined at Cannes by her costars Kim Seo Hyung and Sung Joon, and the three proceeded to dress beautifully – casual whites and blues for the day time press event transitioning to old school tailored glamour for the evening screening. This is how to wow at Cannes and kudos for this movie cast for bringing it!
