Kim Woo Bin has taken an indefinite and total hiatus from his entertainment career and is undergoing radiation treatment in the hospital multiple times a week for nasopharyngeal cancer. Recently there was a news report that Kim Woo Bin’s actress girlfriend of two years Shin Mina has been accompanying him to the hospital for his treatments, with public sightings of her at the hospital on multiple occasions. It’s heartwarming and uplifting to know that in addition to his family and fan support Kim Woo Bin is lucky enough to have found love and his love has remained stalwart and supportive beside him during this trying ordeal.

Kim Woo Bin’s agency also recently released a statement that the talented actor does not have an Instagram account and if there was one supposedly updating on his medical status then it is not an official account and is fake.
