First Teaser for 20th Century Boy and Girl Showcases Leads Connection From Childhood to Present Day Romance

Hot the heels of news that production may be halted on MBC drama 20th Century Boy and Girl due to strike at MBC concerns, the drama at least has enough footage in the can to release its first teaser today. The vibe is totally childhood love all the way to present day connection, with leads Han Ye Seul and Kim Ji Suk‘s characters taking us through their idyllic pre-school goofing around to high school cuteness to adult comfort around each other. The vibe is really cute other than Kim Ji Suk’s character suddenly vanishing before Han Ye Seul’s eyes which freaked me out because that usually signifies a character dying but I highly doubt the male lead is going to be dead going into the drama so I’ll assume it’s metaphorical disappearance as a prelude to their transition from friends to romantic potential in the drama.
