There is finally a noticeable ratings winner in the Mon-Tues prime time slot and congrats to KBS office drama Jugglers for breaking out of the pack. For a few airings now the three Mon-Tues dramas have all been neck and neck but this Tues Jugglers came in first with 9.1% AGB nationwide, a rise of 2.7% so clearly this drama narrative took a turn for the exciting to bring in new viewers. Coming in second is SBS police drama Doubtful Victory with 6.7% and 7.6% which is what the drama has been averaging so it stayed steady, but Two Cops dropped 2.3% to end in third place with 5.1% and 6.1%. For me Two Cops is all on Jo Jung Seok‘s acting prowess and star power but that’s not enough and Jugglers bored me in episode 1 but if it’s bringing in more viewers maybe it got better so kudos to the drama for being like bread, rising slowly.

My Mon-Tues drama right now is Just Between Lovers airing on JTBC. I started it without any knowledge of plot, writer/PD or cast, and it was surprisingly very good.
What kind of drama is JBL? Melo?
Yes, it's a melo! But, the drama is made so beautifully! The story so far, is really good as well!
I agree! I'm loving this drama as well!!
I need to watch this, I loved the male lead in Chief Kim. Glad to hear it's good!
So basically underdog is beating all it's competition.
They're all underdogs in the Mon-Tues slot lol, none of the dramas except Two Cops have a famous lead.
JJS was the biggest star in any of those dramas but Doubtful Victory took the CPI #1 and now Jugglers pulled well ahead in ratings.
well not surprising.I told y'all earlier that the female not the male leads would determine which drama would take the leads.Hyeri is the weakest of the three. She is still being dragged by the nets for her acting in the "two cops".There is no acting hole in the jugglers drama. So if the script is better than the other two, no wonder the ratings have risen.
Baek Jin Hee and Kang Hye Jung are a pretty great pair of actresses to get lol.
Baek Jin-hee is headlining Jugglers, and she's a good actress. She reminds me of Jang Nara with her appearance and acting range. And coincidentally they both seem to have great chemistry with Choi Daniel as well. Plus, Kang Hye-jung's storyline is surprisingly funny. It's no wonder that the show's doing better than its competitors.
@kitai - they really did cast well here. Even the second lead guy is good, and cute and funny too.
Jugglers is all kinds of awesome. Both Choi Daniel and Baek Jin Hee are so convincing and their chemistry is fab too. I really like that drama but I also marathoned this weekend so I didn't have to wait every week. Now I'm doing that and hating it lol
I also didn't like the first episode of Jugglers, the characters were annoying, and almost gave it up, but I decided to keep watching because of Choi Daniel and his character. Glad I did, because now I really like the way the show is evolving. Hope it stays that way!
God if thats high ratings in todays new tv rating world i would hate to see low ones...These so called good ratings would be seen as disaster only a few years ago on any type of network.
For a low-profile drama with very little hype, it's pretty decent ratings. If you want to see what would be actually considered disastrous public channel ratings today, look at Manhole lol.
As expected, BJH rules. I feel bad for JJS but I really can't stand Hyeri ?
Yeah I hope this finally wises up kdrama PDs to the fact that idols who can't act are a liability to your drama even if they're popular.
JJS looked good and had chemistry even with IU but with Hyeri he's met his Waterloo.
Choi Daniel in Lion King scene was really funny ! I'm not sure about the story with secrataries = slaves but the main actors are fine in.
In Two Cops, JJS is really great as usual ! But the second male character is annoying and the female lead is useless so...
Doubtful Victory is rollercoaster... the story is hard to follow.
I heard someone say Doubtful Victory is only interesting when Yoon Kyun Sang is onscreen and the minute he leaves it gets boring lol.
Yeah, it's true because when he's on screen somebody is usually trying to kill him... :p
I don't how translate "grand dadais" in english but it's very him. But he's cute too :p
The only good dramas on air right now are Prison, Bad Guys 2 and Money Flower. Everything else is forgettable. Rather watch variety shows like Kangs Kitchen and Infinite Challenge.
