There’s been a quick pivot around the next project for K-actress Lee Yoo Young and honestly she’s really making positive strides in drama land. Her first drama was last year’s OCN thriller Tunnel and last week she was reportedly offered the female lead in So Ji Sub‘s fall 2018 drama Terius Behind Me. In the span of a few days she’s gone from that to accepting the female lead in the summer SBS drama Dear Judge opposite Yoon Shi Yoon. The drama will have Yoon Shi Yoon playing two roles as a pair of diametrically opposite twins, the elder a judge who suddenly disappears and the younger twin takes over the judicial bench. Lee Yoo Young plays a law student who views the judicial system in a new way when her sister is brutally assaulted and the perp is found innocent after a trial. Dear Judges airs in early July in the Wed-Thurs time slot after The Undateables (Handsome Guy and Jung Eum).

I think she chooses this one because of less burden being So Ji Sub partner. I feel like she tries to be always busy. She is really charming acting.
Finally Yoon Shi Yoon is paired with a solid actress.
Lee Yoo Young was very good in the drama Tunnel and had positive reviews for the recent special drama You Drive Me Crazy. She also did well in movies like The Treacherous and Late Spring winning Best New Actress awards
Looking forward to great acting from these two leads.
What an interesting pairing. Although Lee Yoo Young is younger than Yoon Shi Yoon, she appears older and much more mature than him.
This sounds like Switch 2.0. I am beginning to see a trend here.
I find that both Yoon Siyoon and Joo won has this kind of fate between the two of them. They both worked on the hit drama Baker King and then Joo won went on the work with Jin Seyeon in Bridal Mask and YSY recently paired up with JSY in Grand Prince. Another similarity that I've noticed is that Joo Won worked with Joo Sangwook in the drama Good Doctor and YSY recently worked with JSW in Grand Prince then Joo won was a member in the show 2d1n and now YSY is a member of 2d1n, Joo won also acted with Lee Yoo Young in the movie Fatal Intuition n now YSY will be working with her on this drama soon lol

But maybe the scripts have all the difference. I'm curious what will her chemistry with YSY be. I'll surely look forward to this. And it's a Wed-Thurs drama too! Definitely will have higher expectations.
