The promos are out for Jung So Min and Lee Min Ki‘s cameo appearance in hit rom-com Why Secretary Kim and it’s beyond adorable. We get to see cool guitar playing Lee Min Ki, a total change from his logical tech nerd character in This Life is Our First, and with some eyeliner he could be a grown up version of his memorable guest role in Shut Up Flower Boy Band. Jung So Min exudes mother warmth in addition to her sweet feminine beauty, and for this drama it makes sense as this former onscreen couple in This Life is playing Park Min Young‘s character’s parents in a flashback scene. Awwwwww, they look so loving and since are Mi Soo’s parents it’s no wonder she grew up into such an awesome woman with heart, humor, and strength.

While they do look very cute... I'm scared that Jung So Min will start getting pushed to "Mom" roles.
We all know how Kdramas love casting actresses in their 30s as mothers to other actors in their 20s.
JSM is already 29 so I'm dreading seeing her fall into that abyss.
Why is that abyss? Mum roles expand her acting range.
