The return of Yoon Eun Hye to K-drama land is definitely looking promising. She picked a rom-com which I feel is her strong suit and got a long time coming leading man Chun Jung Myung who nearly worked with her twice before. May this be third time’s the charm for them both! Fans have spotted the leads filming Love Watch in Seoul, looking visually compatible as a couple with her playing a top actress and him an eligible doctor. Of course they are brought together with the usual drama induced machinations that are code for fated to fall in love. I don’t mind silly or far-fetched elements but the characters need to be grounded in possibility and the romance steeped in sincerity. These two leads always bring the sizzle so I can’t wait to see the sneak peeks turn into actual scenes when the drama airs.
