I’m so won over by Moon Chae Won‘s hanbok as the modern character of her immortal goddess character in upcoming tvN drama Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter. It’s cotton and linen based to look more countrified yet so pretty and feminine in the pink hue with tiny patterns. The drama has big shoes to fill in following current ratings leading Wed-Thurs sageuk 100 Days My Prince which I love but acknowledge could be tighter written and give me more OTP time after they recognize each other/he regains his memory. I do also feel more reassured that Mama Fairy has Moon Chae Won wanting to wait 699 years until her woodcutter husband reincarnates and seems excited to find him whether he’s modern day Yoon Hyun Min or Seo Ji Hoon. Her days are spent running a mountainside tea/coffee house and with her tiger companion who transforms into Kang Mina by her side.

the plot where a groom/bride can identify true identity of other lead reminds of goblin.i hope this story would be much better than goblin n i hope they didnt focus too much on triangle love or it will be boring.
I hope the drama follows the webtoon's narration because the "who's the husband?" was really a surface plot to a much grander arc.
