The four leads of upcoming jTBC early 2019 K-drama Dazzling (Brilliant) gathered together as filming has started and I’m cautiously optimistic. The younger man-older woman pairing in currently airing tvN drama Encounter (Boyfriend) is working so beautifully that I hope Han Ji Min and Nam Joo Hyuk spark together and bring their own unique onscreen coupling to play. What’s cute is that Han Ji Min’s character in the drama is named Kim Hye Ja, and she suddenly turns into a 70 year old woman and that role will be played by real life veteran actress Kim Hye Ja. And once she turns into older Kim Hye Ja the character has the ability to manipulate time and she gets involved with a young man wasting his time played by Nam Joo Hyuk. The story sounds interesting and comes from the reunion of both the PD and screenwriter of Awl and I Live in Cheondamdong.
This year 2024 has been a slow year for K-actress Suzy in terms of her…
There are weird casting choices and this one is weird from both the leads itself…
Well this is an interesting pairing, setting aside the age difference at least I can…

Plot is interesting and i trust the actors. I hope nam joo hyuk will do justice to his role. Writer and director is good too. Han ji min and nam joo hyuk just recently won acting awards so this is a good sign. They look good together too despite the big age gap.
Shit ’actor’ model boy Nam Joo Hyuk still getting drama offers, huh? Well, he even got Blue Dragon Award so……… Korean award shows are shit shows where only personal connections get you major awards
Ooooh, this is also the same director who did This Week, My Wife Will Have an Affair, which was one of the best dramas in 2016. Expecting this drama will also be cleverly directed.
If Nam Joo Hyuk is playing a character with a boy next door vibe, then it's right up his alley and range of acting so I'm tentatively optimistic about his role.
