2009 was still in the aughts and still in the heyday of idol dramas in Taiwan and Hallyu dramas in South Korea. The biggest ratings hit TW-drama that year was Autumn’s Concerto, which was the launching point to a new level of fame for leads Ady An and Vanness Wu, and also the first drama for second male lead Chris Wu. Today Chris is more decorated than his two first leads, having won the Golden Bell Best Actor award in 2016 and many more other awards on top of that for his drama and movie work in the last decade. He posted the picture above which was taken by AC director Chen Wei Ling during AC filming so its a throwback picture. Chris was waxing nostalgic about AC, thanking Director Lin for giving him his first drama role and starting him off on what is now a highly successful acting career. He still has one more wish – he hopes to be a first male lead in a Director Lin drama, and HOMG please make that happen! This same week there was another AC alum sharing an update as leading lady Ady An announced her first pregnancy with her non celeb husband of two years, the two are expecting a little one in this year of the pig. Congrats!

Awwwwwwww. The very addictive AC. 10 years already? Time has flown by.
Second lead syndrom hit hard in Autumn Concerto :p
He was really good and outstanding.
so happy for ady an and hubby on their baby...congrats!!
One of the best TW drama ever. Ady and Chris gave very strong performances, oh and the small kiddo too.
My favourite Taiwan drama ever, I watched it about 3 times already
I remember rooting for the 2nd male lead Hua Tuo Ye (Chris Wu Kang Ren) to end up with Mu Cheng (Ady An) but unfortunately that didn't happen.
One of my fave Taiwanese drama... Hope they remake it in Chinese or Korean.
