Behind-the-scenes is always the best when it comes to an awards show, giving a glimpse of friendships and camaraderie within the industry and even some star struck awe going on between stars. The 2019 Baeksang Arts Award was last week and I thought the winners were nicely spread out especially in the television drama categories where the most popular 2018 dramas or its stars for Sky Castle, Mr. Sunshine, My Ahjusshi and the 2019 hit The Light in Your Eyes (Dazzling) all won in various categories. The after awards reception looked like every awards dinner reception I’ve been to other than populated by supremely good looking Korean stars. Lots of pictures and candids to share, including Memories of Alhambra leads Hyun Bin and Park Hoon hanging like unlike their drama characters trying to constantly kill each other.
