I’m still waiting for summer (weather) to arrive where I live as June gloom as eaten up the entire month with barely any sun in sight. That’s why the latest July 2019 VoCE pictorial featuring one of my favorite J-actresses Aragaki Yui was a lovely breath of warm summer air straight from Okinawa. Gakki went back to Okinawa to showcase her hometown for this pictorial and she’s still the bright eyed toothy grinned girl from the island. She didn’t have a dorama or movie this year but her resume has so many works I’ve enjoyed and her visuals are so fresh and unique in an entertainment world with increasingly homogeneity. I can’t believe it’s been nearly 15 years since her debut, she’s not changed a bit other than growing more talented.

Gakki still looks so youthful and pretty. Time sure flies, it didn't feel that long time ago I first saw her in "Dragon Zakura".
I think many jactress look almost same for years because they started their career at very young age. Gakky is still 31 y.o But she's been around for a long time.
I love her, she's my favorite Japanese actress. Hopefully we can see her soon back on our screens :)
