The drama title is Woman of 9.9 Billion but it’s accurately Woman of 9.9 Billion Won, and that makes it roughly 9 million USD and boy is there a difference in three zeros missing. It’s still a crap load of money and what female lead Jo Yeo Jung does with her unexpected largess seems to be hiding it and causing accidents while being pursued by Kim Kang Woo, while baddies Jung Woong In, Oh Na Ra, and Lee Ji Hoon seethe and plot around her. I’d categorize this one as a psychological action thriller with makjang melo tossed in because the female lead is apparently searching for love despite suffering heartache and disappointment. Aren’t we all, and rarely do we run across 9.9 billion won in the process lol. The drama looks gritty and great if you like this sort of ride.

Gritty drama is up my alley. Hopefully, there is some romance in the mix.
Up my alley or not, Jo Yeo Jung and Kim Kang Woo had great chemistry in Haeundae Lovers and they can both act their butts off. Great baddies too. This is worth a look. Can't wait!
Jo Yeo Jeong's acting in recent years worth of daesang. She's so underrated. I hope this drama will hit daebak, so she can be on top in this year-end awards. And I think this drama will do well, because it inherit Dongbaek's high rating's slot, tvN and MBC's viewers are younger--they will watch on VOD instead, and SBS will keep going on various sports events, voluntary make their drama suffer to gain higher rating.
Looking forward to this, Chocolate and Diary of a Prosecutor.
I will watch this for her. She was phenomenal in Parasite.
