I totally missed this but Channel A cable premiered the first new K-drama of 2020, rom-com Touch with Joo Sang Wook and Kim Bora. The drama started on January 3 and airs on Fri-Sat, with the first episodes getting 0.847% and 0.907% ratings. It’s not high but Channel A has been one of the smaller niche networks so clearly it expects this type of reach. I need to check it out due to sheer perverse curiosity of the huge age and visual gap between the leads but the idea of a long time idol trainee changing jobs to a makeup artist and finding her calling actually sounds really cute and a nice encouragement to people who want to change jobs. If anyone has watched already share your first thoughts.

The main problem is subtitle. Viki delaying fansubbers to create a subtitle by days. So, when they were finally releasing it, quality subbers already gone. This is how Viki make a drama flop.
Despite the age gap, the two leads have great chemistry, I'm loving it so far.
The male and female lead fit to their role perfectly. And their chemistry is better than I expected. I really enjoyed watching ep 1 and 2. Joo Sang Wook never fails in the comedy drama. Can't wait for next episode.
