Up next will be donning a nurse’s uniform as she’s in talks for the SBS adaptation of popular novel I’m a Nurse, and a Human Too. For once it doesn’t focus on genius doctors or doctors with emotional hang ups, it shifts the spotlight to the nurses of the hospital who toil behind the scenes to keep the medical treatments running after the doctor diagnoses the patient. It’s a thankless job for sure especially in career focused South Korea where doctors are revered and everyone else below is ignored. The drama is in the early stages of development and aims to air in the second half of 2020.

I have not read the novel but KHJ headlining is a must watch for me! I hope the role doesn't typecast her as a demure sweet, lady (as has too often been the case) but instead allows her to showcase her talent with a complex, sophisticated character that develops over the course of the drama. KHJ you have my support as always, go for it!!!
