Filming is starting for Netflix sci-fi K-drama Sea of Silence (Sea of Tranquility) adapted from a short film. It will be executive produced by actor Jung Woo Sung as he continues to expand his career behind the career. The leads are Gong Yoo and Bae Doo Na which I am surprised hasn’t worked together until now but this sounds like such a cool project. The drama centers around a post-apocalyptic world where resources have been depleted so a special team of scientists and soldiers are dispatched to the moon to recover a mysterious sample from an abandoned lunar station. Count me in!
