tvN Drama Start-Up with Nam Joo Hyuk and Suzy Drops Second Underwhelming Poster

Man, I can’t believe I’m going to have to say I like the first drama poster better because comparison and context does make a difference. Upcoming tvN drama Start-Up continues to putter along in promos, it’s like the production is goading me into bottom of the barrel expectations just so it can jump out and yell SURPRISE! when the drama turns out to be good. The second official poster makes the first one with post its against the wall actually feel more suitable to capturing the mood of a bunch of tech and finance folks finding success and love in the start up venture race. The second poster I don’t even know what I’m supposed to take away, putting leads Nam Joo Hyuk, Suzy, Kim Sun Ho, and Kang Hana on the bleachers of what looks like a high school level stadium. So weird, this isn’t even a high school drama?

This poster reminds me of the Doctors poster where everyone was sitting on the stairs.
This poster is so boring. I can’t help but contrast it against the Itaewon Class poster and Fight My Way pink poster. Both of those were really well done- vibrant colors, a sense of emotion and interesting physical poses.
All three shows about young people pursuing dreams with all their might. This campaign is a snooze- the setting, their outfit styling.
Flower of Evil had of the best posters this year, truly compelling.
I'm still excited for this show - Nam Joo Hyuk sure has been busy, he reportedly has 5 projects releasing this year; 3 dramas and 2 movies! I'm not sure if the pandemic will delay some of them but kudos to him and his hard work!
Suzy looks soooo bad as compared to all other actresses of her age in K-, C-, TW- dramas. She cannot act and does not have the visuals. NJH is ok with his tall height. Both cannot act with NJH a bit better with veteran actresses. Anyhow, K-drama cannot get out of the country unless it is with Netflix.
Is this how the Koreans will dress a FL? That second poster is a joke. What's with the suit jacket, jeans and pumps? Also her hair is in the 70's!! Dump her bangs. What a cheap production.
The drama isn't out yet and people are already judging like chill its just a poster. The writers and directors know what they are doing. Stop hating on others, the world is already a mess.If you don't like then don't watch,no one is forcing you to watch.Just be kind.
